Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. COD often leads to unintentional purchases and unnecessary returns. To keep our process efficient and fair, we accept prepaid orders only.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order through your account on the website.

Do you ship internationally?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes: 3–7 business days

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
